Tuscany in a day from Rome

Explore the heart of Tuscany, an UNESCO World Cultural Landscape, on this full-day guided trip and taste the flavours of Tuscany with a 3-course lunch and a wine tasting.

Join your local guide in Piazza del Popolo and embark onboard a comfortable, air-conditioned coach. The first stop of the day is the hilltop town of Montepulciano where you will discover the narrow streets and ancient wine cellars of this car-free town. Visit the Renaissance St. Biago’s Church and admire the breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills thanks to the location of the temple.

Enjoy a traditional 3-course lunch with local wine at a renowned vineyard surrounded by more vineyards and continue your journey to Pienza, the UNESCO World Heritage village which became the template for Renaissance towns in Europe. Pienza is also famous for the production of Pecorino cheese. Time to explore the picturesque village before heading back to Rome.
