Montmartre Guided Walking Tour

Join a local guide and explore the Montmartre of Picasso, Toulouse Lautrec and Van Gogh. Learn about where artists lived, drank, danced and painted, trading their paintings for food and art supplies. Hear the fascinating stories of the noisy cabarets and music halls where the French Cancan was invented.

Montmartre remains a charming and typical Parisian neighbourhood, proud of its history and inhabited by Monmartrois who remain passionate about their unique neighbourhood. Explore the evocative cobbled streets, small alleyways and quiet squares. Discover a beautiful working vineyard and stroll through the lively streets where locals shop for fresh produce in the many speciality shops and enjoy the lively café terraces. Visit the Place des Artistes, where today's artists still gather daily to paint and sell their work and admire the spectacular views of the city from the foot of the Sacré-Coeur.
