You'll meet your guide and your small group of foodie friends in the medieval Latin Quarter, so named because in the Middle Ages the local language was Latin, not French! Stroll like a true Parisian through a bustling food market, visit a cheese shop, several bakeries and pastry shops, stopping to sample authentic French gastronomic delights. You will be able to sample delicious wines, bread, pastries and local specialities like foie gras.
Your expert guide will share with you stories dating back centuries as well as enlightening insights into the culinary and eating habits of the French.
