A guided tour by minivan to explore the Lubéron, a charming massif in central Provence. Explore picturesque hilltop villages, drive through the lavender fields and vineyards and visit Roussillon, Gordes and Fontaine de Vaucluse; some of the most beautiful villages in France.
Meet your local guide in Avignon and head off to the Lubéron area. The first stop of the day will be in Roussillon. Here, you'll have time to stroll through this colorful village with ochre-painted houses. Enjoy an open-air provençal market on Thursdays, a must-do in Provence!
Next, your guide will take you to Gordes, a picturesque medieval village that stands proudly on a cliff overlooking the Provencal countryside. This village was voted one of the most beautiful in France and was built with the stone of the cliff on which it is located.
Finally, your guide will take you to Fontaine de Vaucluse to discover the resurgence of the Sorgue river. It hasn't revealed its secrets yet and many speleologists have searched in vain the exact depth of the well.
