Witness the breathtaking Irish landscapes on a guided day trip along Ireland’s west coast. Travel from Dublin to Galway City by train, via the city of Limerick and be amazed at the view of the Atlantic Ocean from the Cliffs of Moher.
The day starts with a train journey on which you will discover some of the unique Irish landscapes. Travel through Dublin’s western suburbs to the countryside of Co. Kildare before continuing your journey to Limerick.
Older than London, Limerick is a historic city with a lot to do for both culture and nature lovers. Enjoy a guided tour of the city before boarding a coach to visit Bunratty Castle and Folk Park.
There is a lunch stop at O’Connor’s Pub in Doolin, from where you will leave for the Cliffs of Moher. The cliffs rise high above the Wild Atlantic Ocean, and the amazing views from here will stay with you for a long time. From here, the tour will go along the shoreline with a stop at Burren National Park. Your journey continues along the coast road to Black Head, passing the quaint coastal villages of Ballyvaughan and Kinvara.
In the afternoon, you will reach Galway where you will have some free time to explore the city before heading back to Dublin by train.
